Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), with its unique capabilities of high-resolution 3D imaging and direct nanomechanical properties measurement, has emerged as an essential and powerful tool in biological applications. As the pioneer in the field with more than 25 years’ experience, JPK/Bruker BioAFM's have never stop evolving to address emerging new applications.

The newly released NanoWizard® V combines high spatio-temporal resolution with a large scan area, flexible experiment design and out-standing integration with advanced optical microscope systems; help to significantly advance our understanding of dynamic cellular processes and molecular mechanisms. PeakForce-QI mode enables fast and flexible quantitative nanomechanical measurements.  Adaptive, intelligence-based Fast Scanning capability and NestedScanner feature not only provide higher throughput even at corrugated samples, but also enable the study of dynamic biological processes in real time. The fully automated AFM head and intuitive operations through the whole workflow, from experiment set-up to data analysis, make our AFM more user friendly, for both experienced and new users.

In this webinar, we are going to introduce some of the new features and functions brought by NanoWizard® V, and how they have already been applied in practical applications.
